toledo high school scholarship information

 Congratulations, you are about to apply for 25 scholarships worth thousands of dollars for Toledo High seniors using one common application.  To apply for these scholarships, you will be completing one online application form.  Below are some important tips to submit a successful application:

1. When asked for your email, please use your personal email rather than your LCSD email.  
2. You will be asked to download the following documents:

• High school transcript
• Resume
• Two letters of recommendation (Some scholarships will require additional recommendations)
• General Essay
• Some scholarships will ask for additional documents.

       3.   Not all students will be eligible for all scholarships.  Eligibility will be          determined by the answers you provide.

       4.  Important Dates:

                   Scholarship Portal Opens:  January 19, 2026

                   Scholarship Portal Closes:  April 15, 2026  11:59pm

       5.  You will be able to exit your application and complete it at a later time.

      6.  Some scholarships require an additional essay.  Last year, some of these scholarships had few applicants because of the extra essay.  It is worth your effort to submit the essay!!

      Use of AI in Scholarship Essays

We encourage students to share their own voice, experiences, and ideas in their scholarship essays. AI tools may be used as a helpful support (such as brainstorming or editing), but essays should be written primarily by the student. Selection committees may use AI-detection software as part of the review process.
