ABOUT LCF

The LCF governing body consists of nine members known as the Board of Directors. 

One member of this board is appointed by the governing Board of Lincoln County School District, one member by the governing Board of Lincoln County, two members by the governing Board of the Newport Rotary Club and two members by the governing Board of the Toledo Rotary Club. Rotary club appointees do not have to be members of the respective Rotary Clubs. These six members have appointed three members at large who are residents of Lincoln County so that all areas of the County are represented on the Board.
